We love the taste of salmon with some smoke to enhance the texture and succulence of both Scottish and Norwegian salmon. But we don’t just make delicious salmon slices, we also make ready-to-cook products too. Check out our frozen range below.

Expert Kilnsmen

Our team of kilnsmen use their many years of experience and skill to dry, cure and smoke the best salmon to perfection every time. Mostly we use oak woodchips but occasionally mix in some other wood types to enhance the flavour.

2 Salmon Fillets with garlic and herb butter

We carefully infuse these Atlantic salmon fillets to taste great when oven roasted, with a classic rich garlic and herb butter just oozing over the fillet. So tasty.

Atlantic salmon tastes so great we wanted to make it available in easy to cook portions and individually wrapped for a firm texture (once defrosted). We pick our own salmon then portion and pack it in Scotland. Enjoy our atlatic salmon pan fried or roasted any day of the week, these 4 portions are both tasty and convenient.

Prime Smoked Salmon Slices

The delicate, melt in the mouth texture and light smoky flavour of our smoked salmon is something to be savoured. It’s ready to eat straight from the pack, so you can just get stuck in and enjoy!         Please look after this product. Keep in the fridge (below 4°C). Once opened eat within 24 hrs and before use by date. If freezing, for best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and before use by date. Keep in the freezer below -18°C and consume within one month. Ensure fully defrosted prior to consuming. This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted under carefully controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product. Rest assured it is still suitable for home freezing.
